Jonelle Preisser, a resident of Palo Alto for the past 13 years, formerly a 52-year resident of Redwood City, died on January 30th.Jonelle retired as a San Mateo County employee. She was an active member of the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Redwood City and was invested in the health of the planet and social justice. She was devoted to her 3 daughters, Karen Loomis of Los Gatos, Crystal Ryan of Los Gatos, Katie Stubstad of San Jose, and to her 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.Services will be held on March 30th at 2:00 at the Unitarian church, 2124 Brewster Ave, Redwood City. Jonelle wished that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to POST (Peninsula Open Space Trust), Save the Bay, or a local Planned Parenthood.
