It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Steve Chevelle of Santa Cruz. Born on April 20, 1961. A General Contractor from San Jose for four decades, passed away peacefully on December 20th, 2023, leaving behind a legacy of tradition, love, and laughter.Steve was a seasoned motorcyclist who loved racing flat track and cruising with his friends. Steve shared his life with his beloved partner Geordel and created a home filled with warmth and joy. Beyond his love for golf and motorcycles Steve had a knack for keeping holiday traditions alive from the joyous display of Christmas lights to the awesome fireworks on the 4th of July. The police department loved him. Family held a very special place in Steve’s heart especially his stepdaughter Delayne and granddaughters (Georgia 13) (Ruby 7). The sports activities were a source of immense pride for him. Steve was also an avid fan of the 49ers alongside Geordel, his partner in crime for 39 years.The family will determine the details of his celebration of life at a later date. May he ride on in peace.
