Energetic, generous & joyful, all who knew Grace benefitted from these gifts. Blessed with an impressive amount of energy and stamina she in turn blessed those she knew with her great smile, sense of humor & the bounty from her gardening, cooking & baking. She dedicated her life to caring for others. Born in Avellino, Italy and raised in Pennsylvania, Grace met & married the love of her life, Anthony, before moving to San Jose in the 1950’s. Grace credited her faith in Jesus as the strength which gave her the ability to “take life as it comes” and persevere through challenges. Preceded in death by her beloved parents, Joseph and Angela, treasured husband, Anthony, & dear brother Ralph.Her life’s example is the legacy she leaves for the family who mourn her passing: daughters Constance and Angela, sons-in-law Jack and John, grandchildren Dianna and Michael, great-grandchildren Maria & husband Alex, Michael & wife Sara, Samantha, and Jason; great-great grandchildren Dominic, Ellie Grace, and Taylor. Also feeling her loss are her sisters-in-law Vera and Alix-Gay, brother Nick as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.A memorial service will be held at 1pm on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Oak Hill Funeral Home, San Jose. Private family burial to be held the previous day. In lieu of flowers please consider donating in Grace’s memory to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or The American Cancer Society.
